The first part of this problem is easy to solve, as most modern computers have more than enough processor power and RAM to cope with the job. If your old computer does not, then it is relatively cheap and easy to upgrade. There are many second hand computers being sold which will be good enough to allow you to watch TV online.

The other thing you need is a list of the URL addresses for the channels you want to watch, and these are also easy to find. Be aware that there are a lot of Internet TV scams where people are being sold software which is fundamentally useless on the basis that it will help them access Internet TV channels. This software will simply point you to the directories you could easily have found without it, so don't get caught out. A simple Internet search will reveal a lot of URL addresses for unencrypted television channels, and that is all you need to watch TV online.
