About Us
USP E.P.I.C. is a first year organization at the University of Sciences in Philadelphia. E.P.I.C.’s main goal is to appreciate, experience, and inspire the students and community of Philadelphia to the Indian Culture. Through our various community service projects and events, we hope to reach out to Philadelphia’s Indian community and create a sense of unity among the Indian culture. Along with events for our members and the collegiate community of USP and Philadelphia, E.P.I.C. will be working with charity organizations to give back to the community. Our members will also be volunteering their time throughout the school year to assist in giving back to the community.
EPIC Goals
The goal of USP E.P.I.C. is to bring Indian culture to the USP community. India is full of many interesting religions and cultures, our organization is dedicated to allowing the USP community to experience this very interesting and dynamic culture. As the USP community grows, so does the Indian community at USP and throughout Philadelphia. It is our goal to not only unite the community but also to allow the rest of the community to experience the culture that so many do not know much about.
As a non-profit organization, we would also like to give back to the community and our members at USP in many ways. One of these ways is by supporting local, national, and international charities. In the upcoming year, E.P.I.C. plans to work with various charities to help out communities in need.
This website has been set up for the members and the community interested in receiving information about the EPIC organization. Furthermore, we ask that you leave your opinions on our official EPIC forum as it will assist the board in making this website and the organization better.
